As a teen, Paul A. Good recognized that sadness and stress could be harmful. He wanted to learn to actively heal that potential harm and started learning Transcendental Meditation.
Today, Paul believes living Intentionally is a choice. It’s living without the fear, the hesitating, and the overthinking you’ve become so accustomed to that you no longer take note of your habits.
When you become clear on what’s important to you, and how you want to show up, then, and only then will you be living your life Intentionally.
