Nervousness often comes from a combination of anticipation, uncertainty, and a heightened awareness of potential outcomes, and most importantly, it comes from our thoughts.

It's a natural response to situations that are perceived as threatening or challenging. The body's "fight or flight" response kicks in, leading to increased heart rate, shallow breathing, and other physical symptoms.

In episode 154, we will take a look at what managing nervousness involves and some psychological and physiological approaches. 

Know that it's okay to feel nervous. Accepting and acknowledging your emotions can be the first step toward managing them.
