Social Skills Mastery

Apr 21, 2021

Self-awareness and exposing blind spots is a primary area of focus in our coaching programs. A blind spot is something about yourself and/or your actions that you don’t see clearly or are hesitant to acknowledge. Blind spots surface out of a lack of self-awareness or simply a gap in information.

When you are absorbed in your own needs and concerns, you may overlook clues suggesting that others may not be eager or willing to support you or your goals. They can show up as apprehension, a lack of willingness to share opinions, or unusual aggression. When you see and feel these things happening and do not feel it is warranted, check in with your honesty stakeholders to make sure your actions are appropriate and self-aware.

With a future focus, coaching brings you outstanding results. Schedule a Free Session to see what it's all about.
